and Islands of Scotland. Easy day trips from Fort William include
Glencoe, Inverness and Oban and Mallaig both being ferry ports for
the islands of the west coast.
There is a large Safeways supermarket in town, making
self-catering easy, as well as many shops and restaurants. Fort
William also has a cinema, museum and leisure centre with heated
swimming pool, spa, sauna, squash courts and climbing wall. There
is also a local Tourist Information Centre ready to answer any questions
you may have about the area. |
